Bumper Armor Lining
Protecting your bumper from constant road debris and UV exposure is a service we offer using a spray-on liner protective coating. This rugged armor skin will give a fresh look to your van while enhancing its strength and durability. The black textured color also hides dirt better than the more typical white color of many vans.
As part of our service, we take care to remove and thoroughly prepare the entire outward facing surface before coating it with the spray-on liner.

Typical steps taken:
Bumper cover is removed from the vehicle. If a hitch is attached, time will be needed to remove the hitch to get to the rear bumper.
The bumper cover is then removed and thoroughly buffed for better adhesion of the spray-on liner.
Each bumper requires 2 cans of black Raptor 2K Aerosol Bedliner Protective Coating.
All is reassembled after it cures.

With the rear bumper removed, any exposed access point can be guarded from rodents, as shown below in a VW EuroVan Weekender.
For added paint surface protection, more spray-on protective liner can be applied to other areas of your van or trailer that is prone to chipping from road debris. Such as rocker panel (L/R), door panel skin (L/R), and wheel fenders (L/R).
